1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member," "User," "you") and kf777 ("kf777," "the Platform," "we," "us," "our") governing your use of the kf777 website accessible at kf777.club and all associated services, games, promotions, and features offered therein.

By registering an account, logging in to kf777, or accessing any content or service on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access real-money gaming features on kf777, you must create a registered member account. Each Member may hold only one (1) account. The opening of duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.1 Registration Requirements

3.2 Account Security

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

You may be required to submit a valid government-issued Philippine identification document and proof of address. 4. Deposits & Withdrawals

kf777 processes all transactions in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The Platform supports the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and PESONet.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Deposits are typically credited to your kf777 wallet instantly for GCash and PayMaya transfers. kf777 does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may be subject to a processing review period of up to three (3) business days. kf777 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests above designated thresholds in compliance with AML obligations. Withdrawals will be returned to the original deposit method where technically feasible.

4.3 Fraudulent Transactions

Any attempt to use fraudulent payment instruments, chargebacks, or other deceptive financial practices on kf777 constitutes a material breach of these Terms. kf777 reserves the right to immediately suspend the relevant account, freeze associated funds pending investigation, and refer the matter to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authority.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

kf777 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to Members. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion:

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money balances. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the promotion's terms.
• Free spin winnings are generally subject to a minimum 30x wagering requirement unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Use of bonuses through automated means, syndication, or in connection with any form of bonus abuse is prohibited.
• kf777 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice, particularly where there is evidence of abuse, system error, or regulatory direction.
• Where a Member is found to have abused a bonus or promotion, kf777 may void the bonus, void any winnings derived from the bonus, and take further account action as appropriate.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Members are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on the kf777 platform:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable Philippine law or regulation;
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing, or any form of cheating or fraud;
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated systems to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform;
• Engaging in money laundering, or using kf777 as a vehicle for any financial crime;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with kf777's systems, games, or infrastructure;
• Creating or using multiple accounts;
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification;
• Transferring funds between player accounts without kf777's express written authorization.

Violations of this Section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the relevant Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authorities.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the kf777 platform — including but not limited to the kf777 brand name, logo, game graphics, software, text, images, video streams, and user interface elements — is the proprietary property of kf777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the kf777 platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. No Member may copy, distribute, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any kf777 content without prior written consent from kf777.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kf777 shall not be liable to any Member for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the Member's use of, or inability to use, the kf777 platform.

kf777 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. In the event of a system or software malfunction that results in a game outcome or transaction that would not otherwise have occurred, kf777 reserves the right to void the relevant game round or transaction.

kf777's total aggregate liability to any individual Member for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Responsible Gaming

kf777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming for all Members. We recognize that gambling can become problematic for some individuals, and we have implemented the following tools and policies to support player welfare:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their kf777 accounts at any time via account settings.

• kf777 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity in connection with the account;
• The Member's account has been inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months.

Upon termination, any real-money balance in your account (after deducting any bonus funds and amounts subject to active dispute or investigation) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and compliance with applicable AML obligations.

11. Amendments to Terms

kf777 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, kf777 will provide notice to registered Members via the email address on file, or through a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of kf777 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between a Member and kf777, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through kf777's internal customer support process. If a dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the matter to the relevant PAGCOR dispute resolution body or to a competent court in the Philippines.
